
INFORMATION LETTER INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE ON “PROSPECTS AND CHALLENGES OF DIGITALIZATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS”
In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF-158 of September 11, 2023, “On the Strategy ‘Uzbekistan – 2030’,” Presidential Decree No. PF-5847 of October 8, 2019, “On the Approval of the Concept for the Development of the Higher Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030,” and Presidential Decree No. PF-6119 of November 27, 2020, “On the Approval of the Strategy for Modernization, Rapid and Innovative Development of the Construction Sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2021-2025,” in order to ensure the quality implementation of the tasks specified, to improve the quality of education at universities, to support scientific research in this direction, and to discuss scientific studies on urgent issues, achievements in practice, and mechanisms for fulfilling the set tasks by researchers in various fields, an International Scientific-Practical Conference on the topic "Prospects and Challenges of Digitalization in the Educational Process" will be held at the Samarkand Branch of Kimyo International University in Tashkent on September 25-26, 2025.

The international conference will be held in both offline and online formats at the Samarkand Branch of Kimyo International University in Tashkent. Foreign and local scientists, professors, practitioners, researchers, and students are welcome to participate with their scientific articles.
Publication Fee:
Each scientific article will be published for a fee of 100,000 UZS, provided it passes the expert review process.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONFERENCE MATERIALS (SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES):
I. Content of the article must include:
1.1. A brief abstract and keywords
1.2. Relevance of the research topic
1.3. Literature review on the topic
1.4. Problem-solving methods
1.5. Scientifically based proposals and recommendations
1.6. Expected economic impact
II. Technical Requirements for Article Formatting
The scientific article must be thoroughly edited and meet the following publishing standards:
- Must follow the IMRAD structure
- Text editor: MS Word
- Format: A4, book layout, 20 mm margins on all sides
- Font: Times New Roman, size 14
- Line spacing and paragraph indentation: 1.0
- Length: 2 to 5 pages
- Author details (in bold, centered): full name, academic degree and title, position, organization, email, and article title
- All tables, diagrams, and images must be in MS Word format using Times New Roman; Table titles should be placed above the tables, and titles for figures and diagrams should be placed below the respective elements;
- All charts and graphs must be in MS Excel format
- Formulas must be written using the MS Equation editor
- All references should be cited in-text and listed at the bottom of each page
- Articles may be written in Uzbek, Russian, or English
REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION OF CONFERENCE MATERIALS:
To participate in the international scientific-practical conference, registration and submission of theses and articles must be completed electronically only using the application form by September 20, 2025, via the official website: https://conference.kiut.uz
All submitted theses and articles will be checked for compliance with the above requirements and for plagiarism using software such as https://www.turnitin.com
Materials that do not pass expert review will not be published or returned.
Scientific articles that receive a positive review will be included in an electronic collection indexed in international systems such as Google Scholar, DOI, OpenAIRE, Crossref, ISSN, and will be published on the official websites https://www.ieee.org/conferences and https://conference.kiut.uz. Conference materials will be published in both electronic and printed formats.
